Bert Monnoye

Bert Monnoye is an experienced mobility and urban planner currently working at Stad Gent since 1997. Prior to this role, Bert served as a draftsman at BnS Engineering Zelzate from 1994 to 1995. Educationally, Bert holds a postgraduate degree in monument and landscape care from Hoger Architectuurinstituut Henry Van de Velde (1995-1998), a postgraduate degree in urban planning from Hoger Architectuurinstituut De Bijloke (1993-1996), and a degree in industrial engineering in architecture with a specialization in land surveying from Industriële Hogeschool BME (1988-1993).
