Catty Hoste

Catty Hoste is currently the Coördinator hulpverlening and Directeur lokaal sociaal beleid for the city of Gent, where they oversee coordination of reception and orientation in response to an increased influx of refugees. Previously, Catty served as Directeur lokaal bestuur for Stad Dendermonde from 2019 to 2022 and held a leadership position at Familiehulp vzw from 2006 to 2019. Catty holds a Master's degree in Sociology from KU Leuven and completed a management program at Universiteit Antwerpen, along with a leadership training focused on solution-focused approaches.
