Steve Richardson

Steve Richardson has over 35 years of experience in various companies in different roles. Steve is currently the President & CEO of Stadco Precision. Before that, they worked at Ellis & Watts Global Industries, Inc. as the Aftermarket Leader, where they developed and grew the global parts sales and North American service business for three major industries. Steve also worked at Nidec Minster Corporation as the GM of Marketing and Sales, where they established cost-effective marketing tools and facilitated government registration, leading to the award of a multi-million-dollar contract. Additionally, Richardson served as the Director of Operations of Omni Technologies Inc. and the Aftermarket Business Manager of Kadant Black Clawson Inc., where they increased sales volume and margins during a sustained down market and offshore pressures. Their career began at General Electric, where they held various positions of increasing responsibility and challenge, including Spare Parts Sales Manager and Aftermarket Sales Manager.
