Merwe Roux

Merwe Roux is a seasoned technology executive currently serving as Group Chief Information Officer at STADIO Holdings since June 2025, where leadership focuses on tech strategy and innovation to enhance access to quality higher education. Previously, Roux held the position of Chief Information Officer at STADIO Higher Education, driving continuous improvement initiatives. As Head of Continuous Improvement and Innovation, Roux directed efforts toward Operational Excellence. Roux co-founded Enlabeler in 2020 as Chief Technology Officer, specializing in data labeling for Machine Learning. Prior experience includes managerial and analytical roles at Stadio Multiversity, OLX, and Altech ISIS. An alumnus of Stellenbosch University with a Bachelor of Engineering in Industrial Engineering, Roux furthered education with a Nanodegree in Predictive Analytics and continues professional development in Systems Engineering.
