Rose Van Staden serves as the Co-Chief Executive Officer at Design my Dress since August 2022, focusing on wedding design and production management. Additionally, Rose coordinates the Visual Merchandising Module at Stadio School of Fashion, developing entry and exit-level courses with an emphasis on sustainability and practical skills. As a design lecturer at STADIO Higher Education Faculty of Art & Design since January 2018, Rose contributes to the educational landscape in fashion. Rose is also the CEO of Just Rose, providing custom-created experiences since October 2010, and previously co-owned the fashion label CHI Couture from March 2008 to September 2010. Early career experiences include managerial roles in various bars and restaurants, alongside a strong educational background in fashion design and sustainability from prestigious institutions such as London College of Fashion and the London International School of Fashion. Rose recently expanded linguistic skills through courses in Germanic languages at the Goethe Institut in 2023.
