Julia Stadler

Julia Stadler has a diverse and extensive work experience. Julia currently holds the position of Chief Digital Officer (CDO) at STADLER Anlagenbau GmbH since June 2023. Before that, they were a Co-Founder at Weitergründer from April 2021 to June 2023.

Prior to their entrepreneurial ventures, Julia worked as a Project Lead at Philoneos GmbH from September 2020 to February 2022. Julia gained consulting experience as a Consultant at Boston Consulting Group (BCG) from March 2018 to March 2020.

Julia has also worked in the field of venture capital as part of their role at Partech from November 2017 to February 2018. Julia has prior experience in business development as a Business Development Manager at Lemon One from October 2017 to February 2018.

In addition, Julia had a Visiting Associate role at The Boston Consulting Group in 2016 and served as a Student Assistant to the Chair of Entrepreneurship at ESCP Europe from September 2015 to April 2016.

Before their consulting and entrepreneurial roles, Julia gained industry experience through internships at Porsche AG. Julia worked as a Market & Product Analysis Intern from February 2015 to July 2015 and as a Product Management Intern in Electromobility from September 2014 to January 2015.

Julia's early career involved research assistance at the University of Mannheim, where they worked as a Research Assistant at the Chair of International Finance from November 2012 to July 2014.

Julia Stadler's education history includes a Triple Degree in Management from ESCP Business School, where they specialized in the top 3% of their class. Julia also holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from the University of Mannheim. In 2021 and 2022, they pursued an Executive Coach certification from the BA Coaching Academy. Additionally, Julia has taken courses in Design Thinking and Computer Science at the Hasso Plattner Institute and participated in an exchange semester in Business Administration at Università Bocconi. Julia completed their Abitur at Studienkolleg St. Johann with a remarkable grade of 1.0, ranking their in the top 1% of their peers.
