With almost 30,000 inhabitants, Reinbek is one of the largest cities in the Stormarn district and is centrally located between the metropolitan regions of Hamburg and Lübeck. These factors make Reinbek one of the most attractive and economically strongest cities in Germany. In order to meet the daily requirements, we rely on a modern and efficient administration. About 250 employees from about 80 different professions are engaged daily and take care of the well-being of the citizens.

We as an employer convince with our variety of professions both in the administrative sector and beyond. We are a modern employer that places great value on flexible working hours, but also promotes the compatibility of work and family. All our employees have access to the services of the Stiftung Beruf und Familie im HanseBelt gGmbH, which range from emergency care for children to consulting services in the field of care. In addition, we support our employees with various further education offers and support women in leading positions. We stand for secure and predominantly permanent jobs with transparent payment according to TVöD. Of course, climate protection is close to our heart and we subsidise public transport. Reinbek is very easy to reach from Hamburg, Schwerin and Rostock. We are so much more than widely connected with the public service.
