Andreea Moinescu

Andreea Moinescu is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience across multiple industries. Currently serving as a Human Resources Business Partner at STAEDEAN, Andreea is responsible for professionalizing HR activities in the Netherlands and Italy. Prior roles include leading HR initiatives at EVBox, an electric vehicle supply equipment company, and HR Operations at Bitdefender, a global leader in cybersecurity. Andreea began a career in sales and customer service at leading companies such as Orange and the Association of Physical Disabilities Romania, and also founded an online retail business, Boeme Boutique SRL. Academic qualifications include a Master in Communication and Human Resources Management and a Licence in Social Work from the University of Bucharest.
