Since June 2016, Tom has served as the Co-Founder of Staenis, focusing on technical sales and marketing for an innovative self-construction flooring system. Prior roles include Event Marketing Manager at the Belgian Innovative Tile Academy and achieving the title of Belgian Champion Tile Setter from 2017 to 2019 with Fecamo. Tom also held the position of Secretary in the Club Jonge Tegelzetters Fecamo and has a background in independent management and various trades. Educational qualifications encompass multiple diplomas in painting, plastering, plumbing, landscaping, flooring, and electrical work, along with high school training in automotive mechanics.
