Amanda Paterson

Amanda Paterson is currently working as a Global Talent, Engagement & DEI Manager at Staffbase since September 2021. Prior to that, Amanda held roles at AESO as a Total Rewards Analyst, REAL HR inc. as an HR Consultant, Mitsubishi Corporation as an HR Officer (Projects), and AECOM in People Services. Amanda also has extensive experience in HR roles at The Lake Louise Ski Resort. Amanda holds a Bachelor of Communication in Organisational Communication and Public Relations from The University of Queensland and has pursued studies in Indigenous Canada at the University of Alberta.
