Annika Kaiser

Annika Kaiser has a diverse work experience that includes roles in software development, project management, translation, editing, and teaching. Annika is currently working at Staffbase as an Engineering Lead. Prior to that, they worked as a Frontend Engineer at Staffbase and as a Software Developer at BI Business Intelligence GmbH. In addition, Annika has experience as a Project Manager at Wordcraft GmbH and ICC Sprachinstitut, a Freelance Translator and Proofreader at Wordcraft GmbH, a Proofreader and Editor at Wohanka, Obermaier & Koll. GmbH, and an English Instructor at HTWK Leipzig. Annika also worked as a Business Language Expert in a self-employed capacity, teaching English to adult students.

Annika Kaiser completed the Front-End Web Developer Nanodegree Program at Udacity in 2018. Annika also received a Challenger Scholarship from Udacity in 2017-2018 for Front-End Web Development. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) degree in Linguistics from the University of Calgary, which they attended from 2005 to 2010. Additionally, Annika has obtained certifications, including the Google Developer Challenge Scholarship from Udacity in 2018 and TESOL/TEFL from Oxford Seminars in 2011.
