Caroline Bock has extensive experience in product research, UX design, and UI design. As a Senior Product Researcher at Staffbase, Caroline leads research initiatives to uncover user needs and behaviors. Previously, at 3m5., Caroline served as the Head of UI & UX Design, overseeing team development and ensuring adherence to UX quality criteria. Caroline also has experience as an Initiator and Moderator of the Web Monday Dresden Community, providing knowledge sharing and networking opportunities in the web industry. With a background in Information Design and Media Design, Caroline displays a strong commitment to creating user-centered digital experiences.
