Clara Bauer

Clara Bauer is an experienced marketing professional currently serving as a Marketing Managerin at Staffbase since March 2022, where the focus is on enhancing employee communication through a leading platform. Prior to this role, Clara worked as a Social Media & Community Managerin at Mitteldeutsche Airport Holding from August 2015 to March 2022, contributing to the management of air freight operations at one of Europe’s largest cargo hubs. Clara has also completed an internship at Meier VerlagsGmbH in 2012 and holds a degree in Marketing Communication from Berufliches Schulzentrum für Wirtschaft 1. Currently, Clara is pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism at IU International University of Applied Sciences, expected to be completed in 2024.
