Gregor Rydzynski

Gregor Rydzynski is an experienced Agile Coach and Scrum Master, currently holding a position at Staffbase since December 2021, after previously working in a similar role at NTT DATA Business Solutions for a brief period in late 2021. Rydzynski has a solid background at Staffbase, where employment began in October 2018, initially serving as a Junior Software Developer and then transitioning to agile coaching. Earlier experience includes student development roles at blackbee / Webdata Solutions and MLP Finanzdienstleistungen AG, as well as a research student position at CAS Software AG. Rydzynski began formal education at Karlsruhe University of Applied Sciences, earning a Bachelor of Science in Medien- und Kommunikationsinformatik, followed by additional studies at HTWK Leipzig and a brief period at Edinburgh Napier University.
