Isabell G. has a diverse work experience spanning multiple roles and industries. Isabell began their career as a Dualstudentin at Sparkasse Meißen from September 2015 to September 2018. Isabell then worked as an Administrative Unterstützung bei Frühphasen- und Mittelstandsfinanzierung at CFH Management GmbH from October 2018 to August 2019. Following that, Isabell interned at BMW Group as a Praktikant im Bereich Projektmanagement & Partnerkoordination from September 2019 to July 2020, where they focused on project management, partner coordination, process management, and manufacturing control. Isabell then joined Staffbase in September 2020 as a Working Student Finance, and later held roles as an Associate Finance and Project Manager from April 2021 to May 2022, a Finance and Project Manager from June 2022 to September 2023, and currently serves as a Team Lead Accounts Payable.

Isabell G. completed their Allgemeine Hochschulreife at the Berufliches Gymnasium für Wirtschaft Dresden "Prof.-Dr.- Zeigner-Schule" in 2015.
