Lara Widera

Lara Widera is a Senior Communication Consultant at Staffbase since December 2021, previously serving as Head of Corporate Communications at Hüttenwerke Krupp Mannesmann GmbH from August 2014 to November 2021. In this role, Lara led corporate communication strategies and managed change management activities during a company-wide restructuring program. Earlier career experience includes work as a Trainee in HR Management and project management at thyssenkrupp Steel Europe. Lara holds a Master of Science in Wirtschaftspsychologie and a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, both from FOM University of Applied Sciences for Economics and Management, as well as training as an Industriekauffrau from Industrie- und Handelskammer.
