Mikael Head

Mikael Head is an accomplished Senior Product Manager with extensive experience in product development and strategy across multiple companies. At Staffbase since April 2023, Mikael focuses on enhancing communications. Previously, Mikael held a Senior Product Manager position at Softr, where new functionalities for a no-code app building platform were defined. During a four-year tenure at Zalando Marketing Services, Mikael led the development of an influencer marketing platform and drove product strategy alignment with stakeholders, contributing to significant features and projects. Early career experiences include product management training and business analysis at Zalando SE, as well as internships at Procter & Gamble, Nokia, the National Audit Office of Finland, and the Bank of Finland. Mikael holds a Master's degree in Economics and Business Administration from Aalto University and has completed exchange studies at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
