Sarah Wilder

Sarah Wilder has a diverse work experience in the legal field. Sarah is currently the Founder and Inclusion Director at mpm included. Prior to this, they served as the Global Legal Director Employment and Litigation at Staffbase. Sarah also held positions at mpm legal solutions Limited as a Partner and Legal Director. Before that, they worked as an Associate Legal Director - Employment at Coca-Cola European Partners. Sarah also gained experience at Barclays Bank plc as a Vice President, Legal Counsel, Employment, Incentives and Pensions, Senior Legal Counsel - Retail and Business Banking Legal: Employment, and Legal Counsel - Employment Law. Sarah started their legal career as a Solicitor at Eversheds LLP and Macfarlanes, specializing in HR practice and litigation, respectively.

Sarah Wilder has a MA Law degree from the University of Cambridge. Sarah also completed a Legal Practice Course at BPP Law School. Prior to that, they obtained a MA Law (Cantab) degree from Newnham College.
