Stefan Widmer

Stefan Widmer has extensive experience in talent acquisition and employer branding. Stefan is currently serving as the Director of Global Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding at Staffbase since January 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Deutsche Bahn as the Head of Employer Branding and Recruiting Marketing from November 2017 to November 2021. Before that, they held various roles at PostFinance AG, including Head of HR Marketing and Entry Programmes, HR Marketing and Entry Programmes Manager, Specialist HR Marketing, Compliance Office, and Back Office Private Customers from 2005 to 2017.

Stefan Widmer has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Fachhochschule Wirtschaft und Verwaltung Bern, with a focus on Communication and Marketing. Stefan also has a Master of Science in Business Administration from the University of Bern, specializing in Marketing. To further expand their skills, Stefan obtained a Certificate of Advanced Studies in HR-Marketing from ZHAW School of Management and Law.
