Stefania Monteiro

Stefania Monteiro has a diverse work experience in the field of information technology and security. Stefania started their career as an intern in the Information Technology Department at AF Andrade Empreendimentos e Participações Ltda in 2009. Stefania also gained experience as an intern in system development at HADRION SISTEMAS INTEGRADOS in 2010. Stefania then joined BDO Brazil as a Trainee IT Auditor in 2010 and later as a Supervisor de Consultoria de TI from 2013 to 2016. Stefania worked as an IT Consultant at KPMG from 2011 to 2013, where they were promoted to IT Consultant Supervising for a brief period. Stefania worked at AT&T as a Senior IT Internal Auditor LATAM from 2016 to 2017 and as an IT Audit Supervisor from 2017 to 2018. Stefania joined NTT DATA as a Helpdesk Manager from 2020 to 2021. Stefania then moved to Decision Point Advisors, where they worked as an Information Technology Audit Manager from 2021 to 2022. In 2022, they became an Ambassador for SheLeadsTech at ISACA. Currently, Stefania is working at Staffbase, where they started as a Senior Information Security Manager from 2022 to 2023 and is currently serving as the Principal Information Security Manager from 2024.

Stefania Monteiro completed their education with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Centro Universitário Barão de Mauá from 2006 to 2010. Stefania then pursued a Post Degree Diploma in Project Management from Douglas College from 2019 to 2020.
