Steffen Janascheck is an experienced engineering manager with a strong background in software development and team leadership. Since May 2018, Steffen has held multiple roles at Staffbase, including Engineering Manager, Scrum Master, and Product Owner. Prior to this, Steffen worked at KOMSA AG as IT Team Manager and IT Business Consultant from June 2015 to April 2018. Steffen also served as Software Development Team Lead at Unister GmbH from December 2010 to May 2015 and began a career in software development as a Software Developer at KOMSA Data & Solutions GmbH from September 2004 to November 2010, as well as at Tendo Tech AS in early 2004. Steffen holds a degree in Business Informatics from Hochschule Mittweida, completed in 2004, and has academic experience from Technische Universität Chemnitz and Western Norway University of Applied Sciences.
