Paul Masters

Paul Masters has a long and varied work experience. In 2015, they founded and became CEO of Staffer, an on-demand fractional GTM experts platform, where they achieved 4M ARR. In 2020, they founded and became a coach for Superhuman, an on-demand portal, and achieved 120K ARR. In 2021, they co-founded and became a fractional CSO for Oppty, an on-demand full-cycle sales enablement platform, and achieved 600K ARR. In 2022, they became a founder and EIR for Pivotal Founders, building a 90-day incubator program, a GTM Talent Partner for Altrata, a GTM Talent Partner for Glue Up, a Global Talent Partner for Amazon, and a Talent Partner for Google. Lastly, they became an investor and co-founder & fractional CEO for Marinely, launching a Q2 MVP, and an investor & fractional CSO for Blksmith Studio, scaling revenue.

Paul Masters attended Rutgers University, but did not receive a degree or specialize in a particular field of study.
