Jay Cutler is the Co-Founder and VP of Strategy and Operations at Staffing Engine. Previously, Jay worked as a Partner Manager at Bullhorn, where Jay managed a portfolio of 30+ Partners and helped grow the Bullhorn Marketplace. Prior to that, Jay served as the National Resource Manager at Signature Consultants and as a Technical Recruiter at Randstad Technologies US. Jay also has experience as a Massachusetts District Sales Manager at Paulaner HP USA and as an IT Intern at McDonough Holland & Allen PC. Jay holds a Master of Business Administration in Marketing and Tech Management from D'Amore-McKim School of Business at Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Finance and Marketing from Lehigh University College of Business.
