James Knowles

James Knowles is a seasoned technology leader with extensive experience in software development and team building. Currently serving as Chief Technology Officer at Staffing Future since May 2024, James previously held the same title at Ebsta from April 2011 to March 2023, where responsibilities included taking ideas to production and team development. As a former Senior Software Developer and Technical Architect at Ebsta, James contributed significantly to product realization. Prior to that, James founded Unwind Software Ltd, achieving Microsoft Certified Partner status and delivering Microsoft technologies to SMEs. Additionally, James has experience as a .NET Developer at Premium Credit Ltd and served as IT Manager at Laser Computer Recruitment, focusing on recruitment system development. Educational qualifications include a 2.1 Hons degree in Business Information Technology from Kingston University, completed in 2000.
