Lex Ward

Lex Ward is a results-oriented Sales Director with extensive experience in sales and recruiting across various industries, including Manufacturing, Distribution, and Healthcare. Ward began a career as a Permanent Placement Consultant at Manpower and later served as a Finance & IT Recruiting Manager at ProTech, where strong listening skills fostered successful placements. In 2021, they transitioned to ProTech Services Group, Inc. as a Talent Acquisition Manager, managing a diverse recruitment desk. Since 2025, Ward has held the position of Sales Director at Staffline, focusing on warehousing and light industrial staffing solutions. Ward earned a degree in Finance from The University of Memphis between 1980 and 1985.
