Mathieu Serrano

Mathieu Serrano is currently serving as the VP of Operations at StaffMe since February 2024. Prior to this role, Mathieu held the position of Sales Strategy Manager at TheFork, a TripAdvisor company, from January 2020 to May 2023, where responsibilities included international partnership negotiations across multiple countries, management of strategic initiatives for the Board, and standardization of Key Account Management activities. Additionally, Mathieu worked as a Customer Success Optimization Manager, focusing on enhancing Customer Success activities through process and tool optimization. Previous experience includes a Senior Management Consultant role at Wavestone, where Mathieu engaged in various projects within the Transportation and Utilities industries, and earlier positions at Development Institute International as a Project Manager and Air France as a Marketing Assistant. Mathieu holds an Advanced Master’s Degree in International Project Management from ESCP Business School and a Diplôme de Sciences Po Bordeaux, complemented by an Erasmus degree from the University of Nottingham.
