Kristin Reed

Kristin Reed has a diverse work experience in various industries. Kristin is currently working as a Technical Staffing & Business Development Manager at StaffSource since January 2022. In this role, they connect great people with great companies, specifically in the areas of software engineering and development, business/data analytics, IT support, and project management.

Prior to their current position, Kristin worked at WVLT and WBXX from 2012 to 2022. Kristin initially served as a Research Director from February 2019, conducting research and analysis of station ratings and advertising trends. Later on, they became a Senior Multi-Media Account Executive, where they consulted with clients on marketing strategies, provided digital solutions, and collaborated on creative direction and production.

Before their time at WVLT and WBXX, Kristin held the position of Director of Marketing & Customer Relations at Renewal by Andersen from 2009 to 2012. In this role, they created and executed marketing plans, managed advertising campaigns, and directed creative teams and vendors.

From 2004 to 2009, Kristin worked as an Advertising Account Executive at Citadel Broadcasting, managing accounts and developing new business in the radio industry. Prior to that, they were a Regional Brand & Field Sales Manager at Newell Brands in 2003.

Kristin Reed attended Knoxville Central High School from an unknown start year to 2000. Kristin then pursued a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing and Logistics from the Haslam College of Business at the University of Tennessee, graduating in 2003. In addition to their formal education, Kristin obtained a certification as a Certified Radio Marketing Consultant from the Radio Advertising Bureau in August 2007. Kristin also became a Google Ads Certified Professional in August 2019, receiving the certification from Google.
