Founded in 1994, Staffworks is Central and Southern New York's largest independently owned staffing company with offices in New Hartford, Rome, Herkimer, Syracuse, Norwich, Oneonta, Binghamton, and Corning.  Staffworks provides a full range of staffing services from career entry to professional levels for temporary staff and direct placement.  

Staffworks Inc. profits support the Staffworks Fund established in 2005 at the Community Foundation of Herkimer & Oneida Counties. The Foundation manages over $18 million in Staffworks funds that support nonprofit organizations providing direct care and services for at-risk animals and people in need throughout Central and Southern New York and Pennsylvania.
