Eric Medlock

Eric Medlock has a wealth of experience in the IT industry. Eric began their career in 2001 as a Senior Programmer/Consultant at Pepsi Bottling Group, where they worked as a VRU programmer and developed and supported multiple VRU systems for the AP department. In 2003, they moved to Duke Energy as a Senior Programmer/Consultant and then to Empowered Benefits as a Senior Developer/Analyst, where they supported multiple clients with benefits portal customization, integration, and consulting services. Eric then moved to Wachovia in 2005 as a Senior Programmer/Consultant, where they supported the Kana CRM system and developed many enhancements for the system, as well as developed and maintained backend financial systems for invoice control and routing. In 2006, Eric began working at EMC as a Program Manager and Enterprise Architect, and at Time Warner Cable as an ESB Technical Lead. Eric then joined Pegasystems in 2009 as a Managing Lead Business Architect, providing Business Architecture, guidance, and thought leadership for clients, as well as coaching and career guidance to other BA's in Pega's consulting practice. In 2016, they joined Capgemini as a Pega Practice Director of Delivery and Sr. Manager. Most recently, in 2018, Eric joined Bresatech as a Pega BPM Principal Consultant, and in 2023 they became the Director of Delivery at StaidLogic.

Eric Medlock's education history includes a Master of Science in Data Science with a focus on AI and Machine Learning from East Carolina University from 2021 to 2024, a BS in Information Systems from Strayer University-Maryland from 2003 to 2008, and Computer Engineering from the University of Oklahoma from 1995 to 1997.
