Since 1960 Stainless Valve Company has been making valves for severe service applications where standard ball, gate, and butterfly valves do not perform.  Our main focus is on large bore valves (6”-72”) replacing ball valves where performance, reliability, and maintenance are problems for the user.  We look at individual applications and custom design the valve to the application, focusing on the specifics of a particular application.  Our experience is mainly in pulp, chemical, petrochemical, mining, and biomass energy (cellulosic ethanol).  We are also involved to some extent in the food industry.
