Stairway Capital was founded in 2002 and specializes in the middle market with specific disciplines in both distressed credit and special situations across an array of industries. The firm has successfully launched three funds with a strong 10+ year track record.  
 
Stairway typically seeks companies in the United States that have strong core businesses and management teams capable of executing on sound business plans, focused on long-term value creation for all stakeholders.  We target companies generating $50 million to $500 million in revenues and on average deploy between $10 million to $35 million per transaction.  We ultimately seek to meet companies' short-term needs while offering long-term capital structure solutions that provide fertile ground for successful growth.
