Andy Walker

Andy Walker is a seasoned software engineering professional with extensive experience in various high-impact roles. Currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at Stairwell since November 2023, Andy previously held the same title at CrowdStrike from November 2015 to October 2023. Prior to that, Andy worked at Cisco as a Research Engineer III and was a Senior Research Engineer at Sourcefire, where accomplishments included designing an automated malware analysis system and developing IP/URL reputation services. Andy's early career also includes significant contributions as an Analyst Programmer II for the State of Alaska and as a Technical Support Specialist at Kanawha Valley Internet. Andy holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Hiram College, earned in 2002.
