Axel Royer

Axel Royer has extensive work experience in various positions, starting from 2011. From 2011 to 2013, they worked as a Technical Business Manager at MATIS. In 2014, they became a Technical Lead at Caplin Systems. Axel then joined Singapore Exchange as Head of Digital in 2015 and held that position until 2019. In the same year, they also became a Guest Lecturer at Hyper Island, where they taught topics related to business transformation and data. From 2019 to 2021, they worked as the Managing Director and Group Chief Digital Officer at CGS-CIMB Securities. Currently, Axel is the CEO and Co-Founder of Staizen, a company focused on continuous improvement inspired by the Kaizen philosophy.

Axel Royer has a Master's degree in Computer Engineering from the Université de Lyon. Axel also has certifications in Professional Scrum Master and Professional Scrum Product Owner from Scrum.org.
