Jonathan Marcus

Jonathan Marcus has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Jonathan co-founded Staked in 2018, which is a trusted staking partner for institutional crypto. Staked was later acquired by Kraken in 2021. Prior to that, Jonathan founded and served as the CEO of Goodsie.com from 2012 to 2017, an online platform that allowed users to create branded web presences. Before that, they founded and served as the CEO of Flavors.me from 2008 to 2012, a platform that enabled individuals to create personalized web presence. Flavors.me was acquired by MOO. Jonathan was also a co-founder of Superkix.com from 2008 to 2010, which was a search engine for authentic sneakers. Additionally, they worked as the Vice President with General Management responsibility at Vimeo in 2007 and held various positions within IAC from 2004 to 2007, including Director of Programming Group, Director of Interactive Development, and co-founder and Director of Pronto.com. Earlier in their career, Jonathan worked as an Analyst in Technology Mergers & Acquisitions at Banc of America Securities from 2000 to 2002.

Jonathan Marcus attended La Jolla High School from 1992 to 1996, where they did not pursue a specific degree or field of study. Later, from 1997 to 2000, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics at the University of Pennsylvania.
