Phillip Gandy has extensive experience in the telecommunications and networking sectors, currently serving as a Data Tech at Staley Inc since July 2011, where responsibilities include interpreting Statements of Work to deliver network solutions, including fiber optic and Cat5 installations, as well as configuring POS systems and Cisco devices. Prior to this role, Phillip worked as an Installer at Alcatel-Lucent from July 2010 to February 2011, contributing to the assembly of electronic components and assisting in the installation of telecommunication equipment. Phillip's career began at AT&T, where from February 2000 to March 2010, the focus was on resolving voice and data issues for residential and business clients, including the installation and repair of lines and network troubleshooting. Phillip holds an Associate's degree in Computer and Information Sciences and Support Services from ITT Technical Institute-Kennesaw, completed in 2012, and attended Alabama State University from 1992 to 1995.
