The firm gives solution to real estate investors in  common area, facilities and services management (for condominiums apartments and town-houses, gated communities/estates, office blocks and other types of corporate or individually owned investments. It also provides services to Kenyans living abroad who invest in properties at home - we particularly give them investment consultancy and property management services. We also provide property management services to individuals and corporate investors all over Nairobi areas. Stalic Real Estate also invests in property development and research.
