A beautiful, sustainable extension planned for Stamford in Lincolnshire. Led by Burghley House Preservation Trust and GummerLeathes, a master developer.

Our aspiration for Stamford North is to establish a new, thriving community that Stamford will be proud to call its own. It will make up the largest part of the ‘Stamford Urban Extension’, delivering up to 1,350 new homes. The scheme will provide significant new infrastructure to serve new and existing residents, including health services, a new primary school, play areas, and much more.

Through landscape-led design and thoughtful architecture, we aim to create somewhere which, over time, becomes a cherished place in the historic town of Stamford.
