Juan Coloma

Juan Coloma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in product and process development within the chemical and plastics industries. Currently serving as a Product Development Manager at Stamicarbon since October 2014, Juan leads incremental innovation projects and manages the innovation pipeline budget. Prior to this role, Juan worked as an R&D Engineer, executing projects focused on innovation. Previous positions include Process Development Engineer at DSM, where Juan contributed to the design of ForTii polyamide processes, and PDEng at Unilever R&D, specializing in innovative process design. Early career experience includes research roles at AIMPLAS and process engineering at MIRAPLAS. Juan holds an Engineering Doctorate from Eindhoven University of Technology and multiple degrees in Chemical Engineering from esteemed institutions, as well as a certification in Product Management from the Chartered Institute of Marketing.
