Do Tien Trung has over fifteen years of professional experience in the IT industry. In 2019, they began working as a Consultant for Aarenet AG. Prior to this, they were the Managing Director of Stampede Solution - VOLARE® from 2018 to 2019. From 2013 to 2018, they were a Technical Project Manager for Aarenet AG Switzerland, where they were responsible for commissioning Carrier VoIP Systems for APAC customers, designing VoIP Carrier class infrastructures, providing VoIP International Training, and managing projects. From 2011 to 2013, they were the Pre Sales Manager for AMIGO TECHNOLOGIES LIMITED, where they managed IT system development and integration projects, set budgets, maintained client relationships, and identified project risks. From 2010 to 2011, they were the CIO for Notel Holding Bulgaria Corp. From 2006 to 2010, they were the Technical Support Manager APAC for Patton Electronics, where they provided technical support leadership and direction on internal and customer-facing aspects of product development, launch and support. Finally, from 2004 to 2006, they were the Technical Manager for FPT Telecom and INFONET JSC, where they were responsible for leading and managing projects team, auditing and implementing improvements to IT systems and procedures, and managing, planning, scheduling, and reporting on project activities.

Do Tien Trung completed their Telecommunications sector degree at ĐH Bách Khoa Hà Nội between 1999 and 2004. From 2007 to 2010, they obtained CCNA, CCDA, and Cisco Express Foundation Design Specialist certifications from Cisco, and further specialized in CCNP, Juniper, CEH, REH, MCSE, Security+, Network+, VoIP, and IBM AIX.
