Monique Webber

Monique Webber is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in business development, marketing, and partnerships across various industries. Currently serving as an AirTree Explorer at Airtree since October 2024, Monique contributes to empowering the next generation of mentors and angel investors for startups. Previously, Monique held significant roles at Stan, including Head of Business Development & Partnerships, and was instrumental in its growth as an Australian subscription video streaming service. Earlier experience includes leadership positions at Kramer, Vi, Cheil London, The Barbarian Group, RAPP, ImageBrief, and Robot Meets Alien, showcasing a strong background in creative strategy, brand marketing, and digital content. Monique earned a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing from Macquarie University from 2009 to 2012.
