Fran Siller serves as the Director of Operational Excellence at Stand Together, a position held since January 2021. Prior career experience includes significant roles at Georgia-Pacific LLC from 2001 to 2020, where responsibilities spanned from leading the design and delivery of SAP S/4 HANA tools in product development to establishing a project management office for new product innovations. Achievements include managing a portfolio of over 100 active projects, refining critical processes, and enhancing training and adoption strategies. Prior to Georgia-Pacific, Fran worked with Fort James Corporation and James River Corporation, focusing on revenue cycle management and training development. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Connecticut School of Business and a BA in English from Southern Connecticut State University.
