Kelli Gray

Kelli Gray is a seasoned talent acquisition and management leader with over 15 years of experience specializing in team development and strategic recruitment. Currently serving as the Deputy Director of Recruitment and Talent at the International Republican Institute, Kelli drives talent strategy and oversees a team of six professionals. Previously, Kelli held significant roles at organizations such as DAI and Engility Corporation, where they led global recruitment efforts and implemented talent management initiatives. Kelli earned a Master's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from the University of Maryland and is pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Economics at Bucknell University.
