Molly Killian is an experienced leader with a strong background in operations, education, and advocacy. Currently serving as the Director of the Catalyst Success Team at Stand Together Foundation since March 2020, Molly previously held roles including Senior Director of Operations at yes. every kid and Director of Education Operations and Assessments for Stand Together Fellowships. A notable past position includes Vice President of University Programs at the Human Rights Foundation, where Molly led initiatives to advance global human rights education. Additional experience includes serving as Chief of Staff at both Union and Americans for Prosperity, where responsibilities encompassed organizational strategy, team management, and development operations.
