Helen Johns

Helen Johns is the People Director at Diligenta, a subsidiary of Tata Consultancy Services, where they have been shaping organizational culture since 2021. Previously, Helen served as the Director of Business Optimisation at Diligenta from 2015 to 2021 and held the position of Operations Director at Prudential from 1996 to 2008. Helen also worked as a Management Consultant at Living Time from 2009 to 2010 and was a Company Director at Bradbury Associates from 2009 to 2015. They began their academic journey with a BA Hons in Business Studies from The University of Humberside, which they completed in 1995. Additionally, Helen currently serves on the Advisory Board at Stand.
