Adele Ungaretti

Adele Ungaretti has extensive experience in leadership development and learning design, beginning at PwC where responsibilities included designing the Global Leadership Development Programme, Genesis Park, and leading the Global Brand Learning and Development after a rebranding effort. At PwC, Adele developed a comprehensive learning strategy and curriculum for a global audience, transitioning materials to various formats including virtual and mobile learning. Currently, Adele serves as a Senior Designer for Global Leadership Development at Standard Bank Group, focusing on creating tailored learning programmes for executives by collaborating with senior leadership to tackle business challenges. Education credentials include a Bachelor of Laws from the University of KwaZulu-Natal, an Executive Leadership Programme from Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, and a Digital Transformation course from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, among others.
