Jaideep S. has extensive experience in hardware consulting and engineering, currently serving as a Hardware Consultant at Standard Bots since May 2021. Previously, Jaideep held the position of Lead - Hardware at MakerMax Inc., where responsibilities included designing battery management systems, lithium-ion test equipment, and educational boards for microcontrollers. While at OurPCB Tech. LTD, Jaideep developed technical content on PCBs and PCB design guidelines, contributing to the OurPCB blog. Additional experience includes working as a Project Engineer at IIT Kanpur's Power Electronics for Renewable Integration Lab, where work focused on desaturation protection for IGBTs and solar inverter technology. An independent project involved setting up a cryptocurrency mining farm, while a summer internship at Bubblefly Technologies included developing a battery benchmark and precision electronic load. Jaideep holds a Bachelor of Technology in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Shiv Nadar University.
