Prior experience includes developing an AI-powered platform as an Entrepreneur in Residence at prehype and leading growth initiatives at Rootstrap, a software development agency. As Co-Founder and COO of Mojito, Matthew established a web3 consumer engagement platform for high-profile clients, while prior leadership at Sotheby’s in the Web3 & NFTs division garnered industry recognition. Matthew co-founded Serotonin, a go-to-market firm, and formerly directed product strategy at ConsenSys Identity. The entrepreneurial journey began as Founder and CEO of The Civil Media Company, known for pioneering blockchain applications in journalism, and included a pivotal role as SVP Marketing at M.Gemi. Matthew holds a B.A. in Sociology, Marketing, and Journalism from Duke University.
