Jonathan Lee

Jonathan Lee is currently the Chief of Staff at Standard Communities, where they leverage their extensive commercial real estate experience to execute asset management strategies and business plans. With a background as an MBA graduate and architect, Jonathan has over 16 years of experience in the field, including previous roles as Managing Director of Asset Management at Urban Atlantic and Asset Manager at Arlington Partnership for Affordable Housing. They have a strong focus on environmental sustainability and a deep understanding of low-income housing tax credits and Project-Based Section 8. Jonathan holds a Bachelor of Science in Architecture from the University of Virginia and a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of Maryland.
