Sean Casey

Sean Casey is a versatile business operations and finance professional with experience across various sectors. Currently serving as a Business Operations Associate at Standard Fleet since August 2025, Sean specializes in strategic finance and ecosystem partnerships. As the Founder of Fern Sprout Studios since February 2024, Sean focuses on indie game development, overseeing business operations, game launch strategies, and branding. Previous roles include Corporate Development Analyst at Lithia & Driveway, where Sean supported M&A and strategic market research, and VP of Client Relations at Oregon Consulting Group, driving client management and firm strategy.
