James Reed serves as the Manager of Supply Chain at Standard Locknut, LLC, since June 2018, following a tenure as Senior Materials Planner at Telamon from October 2016 to June 2018. At Telamon, James Reed successfully implemented efficient production tracking and inventory control processes, forecasted material demand, onboarded over 80 vendors for a project with Verizon Wireless, and contributed to the setup of a new distribution warehouse. Additionally, expertise in gap analysis allowed for the identification of process inefficiencies while ensuring that business procedures aligned with evolving needs. Prior to Telamon, James Reed worked as a Production Planner/Buyer at IMMI from April 2012 to April 2016, where responsibilities included planning production schedules based on customer requirements and managing workflow across various departments.
